Fraud Policy
Last updated June 13, 2026
Fraud erodes trust faster than anything else. We take it seriously. Here's how we handle it.
What counts as fraud
- Selling a counterfeit, reprinted, or altered card as authentic.
- Accepting payment and failing to ship.
- Shipping a different (lower-value) card than the one listed.
- Impersonating another collector, dealer, or shop.
- Using stolen payment methods or accounts.
- Coordinated review manipulation.
Prevention
- Identity checks for accounts handling high-value transactions (rolling out).
- Seller verification badges based on transaction history and community feedback.
- Photo requirements on offers for higher-value cards.
- Public review system so reputation follows behavior.
If you've been defrauded
- Keep all on-platform messages — do not delete them.
- Save shipping receipts, tracking numbers, and payment records.
- Use the in-app report button on the offending offer or user.
- Email /contact with the details.
We review fraud reports promptly. Confirmed fraud results in permanent ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement and payment processors.
Buyer common sense
Until we launch escrowed payments, treat every off-platform payment method as buyer-beware. Prefer payment methods with buyer protection. Be suspicious of dramatically below-market offers, accounts with no history, and anyone pushing you to message off-platform.
