Marketplace Rules
Last updated June 13, 2026
A short, plain-English code of conduct. Follow it and the marketplace stays a place collectors want to be.
Be accurate
Describe cards honestly. Include condition, parallel, grade, and any flaws you'd want to know about as a buyer. Use real photos of the actual card — no stock images, no AI-generated card art.
Be respectful
No harassment, slurs, threats, or personal attacks. Disagreements happen — settle them like adults or end the conversation. Repeated offenders are removed.
Keep deals on-platform
Negotiate inside My Card List messaging. It protects both parties, gives moderators evidence if something goes wrong, and lets honest sellers build reputation.
No spam, no scraping
One Want per card. No flooding the feed with duplicates. No bots scraping listings. No off-topic promotion of unrelated products or services.
Honor your offers
When you submit an offer, you're committing to follow through if the buyer accepts. Cancelling accepted offers without a valid reason hurts your reputation and may lead to suspension.
Report bad actors
See a scam, fake card, or harassment? Use the report button on the offending Want, offer, or profile. Moderators review every report.
Consequences
Depending on severity: warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and — for fraud — referral to law enforcement.
