Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

My Card List is a marketplace that connects collectors (buyers) who post Wants with sellers who can fulfill them. We do not take possession of cards, process payments directly, or guarantee transactions. Any deal you complete is a contract between you and the other party.

You retain ownership of anything you post (Wants, offers, photos, messages, reviews). By posting it on the marketplace you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it as required to operate the service.

Do not post content you don't have the rights to, that infringes a trademark or copyright, or that violates our Marketplace Rules or Prohibited Items Policy.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent a card's player, year, set, condition, or authenticity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to take transactions off-platform to evade fees or reviews once those are introduced.
• Scrape, mass-export, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the marketplace for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

During Early Access, posting Wants and responding with offers is free. We will give clear advance notice before introducing any fees, and they will only apply to transactions or premium features going forward.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, our policies, or the law. You can close your own account at any time from account settings.

The marketplace is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a Want will receive offers, that an offer will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Card List is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
